The ACT standardized test is accepted for admission to colleges across the U.S. In addition to factors such as teacher recommendations, extracurricular activities, and class rank; the ACT is used to measure a student’s success rate in college. The ACT measures critical reading, higher mathematics, English, and science skills — elements that are considered essential for success in college. The test will take 3 hours and 30 minutes to complete and includes the following four scored sections:
English-five passages followed by multiple-choice questions
Math- multiple-choice questions on practical math questions
Reading- four passages followed by multiple-choice questions
Science- seven sets of scientific information each followed multiple-choice questions
Each main section is scored on a scale of 1 to 36 — one score for each section. Your total score will be an average of the four sections, and range between 1 and a perfect 36. There is also an optional Writing Section which takes 30 minutes to complete, and is scored on a scale of 2-12.

There is no official deadline to sign up for our courses, but classes do close due to size limitations. For classes starting in April, students who enroll in the course by mid-March should be able to reserve a space without a problem. If you know you are going to sign up for a class but you have not yet sent in your payment, you can always give us a call and we will place a courtesy hold on a space for you. The hold will ensure that a space in the class is still available for you when your payment arrives.
The payment for our ACT Live Online Course is fully refundable minus a $350 course deposit if you notify us in writing at least ten (10) business days prior to the start of your course, and you have not yet activated your Online Student Center account.
The payment for our ACT Live Online Accelerated Course is refundable minus a $150 course deposit if you notify us in writing at least ten (10) business days prior to the start of your course, and you have not yet activated your Online Student Center account.
We offer a score increase up to 4 points for our Live Online Course, and 3 points for our Live Online Accelerated Course. Please keep in mind that in order to qualify for the score increase guarantee, all coursework and homework must be completed and students must attend all classes.
Although our course provides comprehensive preparation for the ACT, you cannot be harmed by exposure to the math and English problems contained in other books. In class you will learn a number of optimal techniques for attacking the ACT, and that will help correct any bad habits you may have developed by studying other materials.
